Live external connectors are disabled. No SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, card-network or correspondent-bank call is performed. Clearing and settlement responses are generated only by the local deterministic simulator. Production execution is not authorized. BAP-11 does not infer or apply tax rates.
Simulation-only external payment
Customer debit requires independent maker/checker authorization. Submission, clearing and settlement remain local simulation events.
Nostro reconciliation
Statement evidence is immutable. Matching requires settlement account, network reference, currency and amount. Unmatched external debits become exception cases.
Controlled exception resolution
Rejected customer payments require a dedicated refund resolution. Unmatched Nostro debits require separate suspense authorization. The exception maker cannot approve the same resolution.
